REFUND POLICY

1. Overview
All products at meow. studio are made to order via print-on-demand services. Because of this, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Instead, in certain approved cases, we issue store credit.

2. No Exchanges or Buyer’s Remorse
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing or color choice

  • Changes of mind

  • Ordering mistakes

Please double-check your cart before completing your order. Made-to-order means we begin production specifically for you.

3. Return Eligibility
We only accept return requests in the following cases:

  • The product is defective

  • The item was damaged during shipping

  • You received the wrong item
     

To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@katharinaboll.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and/or packaging (where relevant)
     

We assess each request individually. If approved, we will issue store credit for the value of the item.
 
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We cannot offer refunds or credit in the following cases:

  • Late delivery due to postal delays or customs

  • Minor variations in print placement or color

  • Issues reported after 14 days

  • Orders returned without prior contact
     

5. Refund Type: Store Credit Only
If your return is approved, you will receive store credit for the value of the product (excluding shipping). This credit can be used toward any future order at meow. studio. Refunds to your original payment method are not available.

  • Subject line: RETURN REQUEST – [Your Order Number]

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting photos
