1. Provider Information

2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between the provider and consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code).

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

3. Products and Fulfillment

The shop offers physical products, including poster prints, beanies, and apparel.

All products are manufactured using print-on-demand services after an order has been placed.

Due to the production process:
- Production and shipping times may vary.
- Estimated delivery times are non-binding.
- Minor deviations in color, print position, or material may occur and do not constitute defects.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include statutory German VAT.

Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

5. Conclusion of Contract

By placing an order and completing the checkout process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.

A contract is concluded upon:
- Explicit order confirmation by email, or
- Commencement of production.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order using the payment methods available at checkout.

The provider reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.

7. Delivery

Delivery is carried out internationally.

Orders are produced and shipped by external fulfillment partners.

The provider is not liable for delays caused by:
- Customs procedures
- Shipping carriers
- Force majeure
- Technical disruptions
- Third-party service providers beyond reasonable control

8. Returns and Complaints

Exchanges are excluded.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Damaged goods
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect item delivered

Customers must notify the provider within 14 days of receipt via email and provide photographic evidence.

If the claim is approved, compensation is granted in the form of store credit equal to the product value.

Refunds to the original payment method and reimbursement of shipping costs are excluded.

9. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

Pursuant to § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that:
- Are not prefabricated, and
- Are produced according to the consumer’s individual selection or specification.

As all products are manufactured on demand after the order is placed, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges this exclusion.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, artwork, text, images, and branding elements are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. Liability

The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations.

Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

13. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If the customer is a merchant or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, the place of jurisdiction is the provider’s registered business location.
