1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases made through the online shop operated by meow. studio, registered in Germany ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Scope
These Terms apply to all contracts concluded with consumers in accordance with §13 BGB (German Civil Code). A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are primarily outside their trade, business, or profession.

3. Product Information and Fulfillment
meow. studio offers physical products, specifically poster prints, beanies, and apparel. All items are produced using print-on-demand fulfillment services.

Please note: Production and shipping times may vary depending on the product and delivery destination. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, slight variations in color or placement may occur and do not constitute defects.

4. Pricing and Taxation
All prices listed on the website are final prices in euros (€) and include German VAT as required by law. Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout.

5. Contract Formation
By placing an order and clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a legally binding offer to purchase the selected products. We confirm receipt of your order via email. The contract is concluded once we send the order confirmation or begin production.

6. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available payment methods displayed at checkout. meow. studio reserves the right to exclude specific payment methods in individual cases.

7. Shipping and Delivery
We ship internationally. Orders are fulfilled and shipped by third-party print-on-demand providers. Delivery times vary based on destination and product type.

We are not liable for delays due to customs processing, carrier issues, or third-party service providers beyond our control.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Returns are only accepted in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order and provide photo evidence of the issue. Approved returns will be refunded as store credit only. No refunds to the original payment method are issued.

9. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
Pursuant to § 312g(2)(1) BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

As all items at meow. studio are produced on-demand specifically for each order, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is excluded.

Customer service is provided directly by us. For all inquiries related to orders, returns, or issues, please contact us via the email address provided on the website.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, artwork, images, text, and logos, is the intellectual property of meow. studio or its respective creators and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is prohibited without prior written consent.

12. Data Protection

13. Limitation of Liability
meow. studio is liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), our liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract. Liability for indirect damages or loss of profits is excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

We are not liable for damages due to force majeure, technical disruptions, or the actions of third-party providers beyond our control.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If the customer is a merchant or has no general place of jurisdiction within Germany, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is our registered business location.

15. Changes to Terms
meow. studio reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of order shall apply.

Returns & Withdrawal Policy
No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances, including for incorrect sizing or changes of mind.

Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

Product arrives damaged
Product is defective
Incorrect item received

Customers must notify us via email within 14 days of delivery and include photographic evidence of the issue.
Once approved, you will receive store credit equal to the product value. We do not refund original shipping costs or issue refunds to the original payment method.

Withdrawal Policy (Widerrufsrecht)
Under EU consumer protection law, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to:

Goods made to order or clearly personalized

Since all products at meow. studio are produced on demand specifically for you, the right of withdrawal is legally excluded.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your right of withdrawal is waived upon confirmation of the order.
