SHIPPING POLICY

1. Fulfillment Times
All products at meow. studio are made to order using a print-on-demand partner.
 
Production times vary depending on the product. Most orders are fulfilled within 2–7 business days, but delays may occur due to product type or peak periods.
 
2. Shipping Times
Shipping begins after production is complete. Delivery times depend on your location:
 
Estimated shipping times:

  • Germany & EU: 3–10 business days after fulfillment

  • USA & Canada: 5–15 business days after fulfillment

  • International: 7–21 business days after fulfillment
     

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections or logistics issues may cause delays beyond our control.
 
3. International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
 
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and order size. Occasionally, promotions such as free shipping may be offered.
 
5. Tracking
Most orders come with tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.
 
6. Delays, Lost Orders & Damages
Once shipped, meow. studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@katharinaboll.com within 14 days of receiving the item (or of the expected delivery date).
 
Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the issue. We will offer a solution—either a replacement or store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not provided.
 
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute shipments once they are in transit. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
